Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and will be postponed until the next business day.
If you have not received the product within 7 working days, please email your order number to cs@profone.com.hk for us to follow.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free SF Express shipping on orders over HK$250. Orders under HK$250 will charge a HK$15 shipping fee.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, and you may login myCarun to track your order status.
Damages
myCarun is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
